Eddie Abdalla - Since 1991, when Eddie began his professional career in the Human Resources Department at Warner Bros in Burbank, he has been involved at many levels in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process. Prior to joining The Crew Source, he was the Director of Operations for another AV labor company for over four years, where he helped the company grow from servicing just west coast cities, to interviewing and recruiting technicians in over a dozen major US cities, thereby growing the company to service clients on a national level. Prior to that, he owned his own employment staffing company in Chicago servicing the needs of many Fortune 500 companies. His primary goal at The Crew Source is to be the number one choice for production companies to turn to when staffing their crews.
David Santos - Since 1996, David has been involved at every level of the AV industry. He started his AV career working for AVW - Telav (now Freeman AV) in Dallas, TX. Beginning as an in-house AV Tech at the Anatole Hotel, he quickly rose through their ranks to become a Senior Show Services Coordinator in the National Show Services Department. Spending many years traveling extensively for many national shows, he became familiar with many hotel and convention center properties throughout the country. While with Freeman AV, David was trained on just about every piece of audio/video equipment and brings that knowledge with him when it's time to select the correct technicians and engineers for each position he fills. Before joining The Crew Source, David was the Operations Manager for another AV labor company where he was an integral part of the company's growth for five years.
Timothy Rodriquez - Since 1997, Timothy has been involved with live event productions in many different capacities. Starting with The Magic Theater at Fort Mason in San Francisco he handled many different positions including Stage Manager and Assistant Technical Director. Shortly after that he was hired by DaVinci Fusion in San Francisco in 1999. During his tenure there, he covered everything from being a technician, to labor coordinator, to production manager and finally to facilities manager. In 2006, Timothy moved to Los Angeles, CA with his family and was hired shortly thereafter by another AV labor company as a labor coordinator. His understanding of the industry and his familiarity with equipment makes him the perfect fit as Labor Coordinator at The Crew Source.
Thomas Woolsey - As the owner of The Crew Source, Thomas brings with him decades of experience in running a business. As the successful business owner of the H.E. Woolsey Corporation, Thomas has a strong understanding of business operations, management and budgeting.
